基于CANopen协议的刮板输送机功率协调控制系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 在对SGD730/320B型刮板输送机基本结构进行概述的基础上,结合设备机头和机尾双电机驱动的特点,基于CANopen协议设计了功率协调控制系统。系统包含2个CANopen从站、CANopen主站和CANopen总线。CANopen主站中使用的PLC控制器型号为S7-1200,CANopen从站中使用的变频器型号为台达C2000系列。系统主要是对2台电动机的扭矩进行检测,并将其控制在系统设定的阈值范围内,达到功率协调的效果。将系统部署到煤矿工程实践中,经现场测试发现效果良好,系统可以将机头和机尾电机的功率差值控制在5%内,为刮板输送机的稳定可靠运行创造了良好的条件。 Based on the overview of the basic structure of the SGD730/320B scraper conveyor,combined with the characteristics of the double motor drive of the equipment head and tail,a power coordination control system was designed based on the CANopen protocol.The system includes 2 CANopen slave stations,CANopen master stations,and CANopen buses.The PLC controller model used in the CANopen master station is S7-1200,and the inverter model used in the CANopen slave station is Delta C2000 series.The system mainly detects the torque of the two motors and controls it within the threshold range set by the system to achieve the effect of power coordination.The system was deployed in the practice of coal mine engineering,and it was found that the effect was good after on-site testing.The system can control the power difference between the head and tail motors within 5%,creating good conditions for the stable and reliable operation of the scraper conveyor.
