摘要
为了对海塔尔矿现采用的水平分段综采放顶煤采煤工艺从进行分析论证,从顶煤冒放性、工艺参数合理性、采煤工艺设备选型合理性以及安全可靠性等方面,研究了海塔尔矿采煤方法技术的合理性。研究得出,海塔尔矿采用的水平分段综采放顶煤采煤法在技术上是可行的,水平分段综采放顶煤具有掘进率低、效率高、适应性强,易实现高产、高效等优势,在严格执行各项安全技术措施,保障各类系统稳定运行的前提下,可实现矿井安全生产,研究为其他类似矿井采煤方法的选择提供了借鉴。
In order to analyze and demonstrate the current horizontal segmented fully-mechanized top coal caving mining technology used in Haitaer Mine,the rationality of the mining method and technology in Haitaer Mine was studied from the aspects of top coal caving,process parameter rationality,coal mining equipment selection rationality,and safety reliability.The study concluded that the horizontal subsection fully-mechanized top coal caving mining method adopted in Haitaer Mine is technically feasible.The horizontal subsection fully-mechanized top coal mining has obvious advantages such as low excavation rate,high efficiency,strong adaptability,and easy to achieve high yield and efficiency.As long as various safety technical measures are strictly implemented to ensure the stable operation of various systems,the goal of safety,reliability,and efficiency can be achieved.The study provides reference for the selection of coal mining methods in other mines.
