云南漾濞6.4级地震烈度评定

摘要 GB/T 17742−2020《中国地震烈度表》(国家市场监督管理总局等,2020)(以下简称“2020版烈度表”)自2021年2月1起施行,5月21日云南省漾濞6.4级地震首次采用2020版烈度表进行烈度评定。本文通过计算地震平均震害指数,对比GB/T 17742−2008《地震烈度表》(中华人民共和国国家质量监督检验检疫总局等,2009)(以下简称“2008版烈度表”)和2020版烈度表的烈度评定指标,分析2020版烈度表的变化改进,讨论2020版烈度表在地震烈度评定中的应用实效。结果表明,2020版烈度表房屋结构分类更精细,在此次漾濞地震中更好满足实际需求,评定结果更加科学反映真实破坏。 GB/T 17742−2020《The Chinese seismic intensity scale》(State Administration of Market Supervision and Administration of the People's Republic of China et al.,2020)(hereinafter“intensity scale 2020”)takes effect in 1 February 2021.The 21 May 2021 M6.4 Yangbi(Yunnan)earthquake intensity was first measured according to intensity scale 2020.In this paper,by calculating the average damage index and comparing the intensity evaluation parameters of GB/T 17742−2008《The Chinese seismic intensity scale》(General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China et al.,2009)(hereinafter“intensity scale 2008”)and intensity scale 2020,the changes and improvements of intensity scale 2020 is analyzed amd the application effect of intensity scale 2020 on the intensity evaluation is discussed.The results show that intensity scale 2020 can better meet the needs of the actual situation due to more refined housing structure classification,and the evaluation result can reflect true damage more scientifically.
