基于城乡建设用地规模约束下的村庄布局专题研究

A Special Study on Village Layout under the Constraints of Urban and Rural Construction Land Scale

城乡融合发展是乡村振兴的重要评判标准之一。为实现城乡融合发展,科学合理对村庄进行布局,十分重要。在国土空间背景下,通过对村庄布局进行研究,重点聚焦国土空间总体规划的底线管控要求,基于城乡建设用地的规模约束,提出村庄布局与发展管控要求及布局模式,做好村庄的“定性、定量、定界”核心要素管控,上下联动,促进城乡融合发展,实现乡村振兴。

The integrated development of urban and rural areas is one of the important evaluation criteria for rural revitalization.To achieve the integrated development of urban and rural areas,a scientific and reasonable village layout is an important measure.In the context of land space,through the study of village layout,focusing on the bottom-line control requirements of land space overall planning,based on the scale constraints of urban and rural construction land,put forward the layout and development control requirements and layout mode of villages,do a good job in the control of the core elements of"qualitative,quantitative and delimited"of villages,link up and down,promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and realize rural revitalization.
