复合型滨江片区空间优化与品质提升路径研究——以闽江流域长乐段为例

Research on Spatial Optimization and quality Improvement Path of compound Riverside area——A case study of the Changle section of the Minjiangriver basin

滨江片区拥有得天独厚的区域和资源优势,在城市开发的历史进程中,极易出现侵占生态岸线、使城市天际线凌乱、功能无序等各类问题。因此,结合闽江长乐段规划和环境提升工作的实践,对闽江流域长乐段既有资源进行梳理,针对不同的岸线情况,提出分类管控、生态修复、功能重塑、活力焕发和魅力塑造的提升思路,以期对各地滨水城镇、滨水地区的空间优化与城乡品质提升建设发展提供思路与建议。

The riversideare has a unique regional and resource advantage,and in the historical process of urban development,it is very easy to encroach on the ecological shoreline,make the urban skyline messy,disorderly function and other kinds of problems.Therefore,combined with the practice of planning and environmental enhancement work of Changle section of Minjiang River,the existing resources of Changle section of Minjiang River basin are sorted out,and the enhancement ideas of classification and control,ecological restoration,functional reshaping,vitality revitalization and charm shaping are proposed for different shoreline situations,in order to provide ideas and suggestions for the spatial optimization and urban and rural quality improvement construction and development of waterfront towns and areas.
