装配式建筑方案设计探析——以邵武经济开发区竹木科技产业园为例

Analysis of prefabricated building scheme design——Shaowu Economic Development Zone Bamboo and Wood Technology Industrial Park as an example

近年来,随着双碳目标的提出,国家大力推动竹产业发展。为引领本土竹产业升级和产品领域扩展,邵武经济开发区竹木科技产业园项目立项建设,是邵武首个一星级装配式标准厂房。项目以装配式建造技术的运用作为前提,在开始阶段引入对装配式建筑方案设计的思考,包括从园区规划策划入手的视野高度,以及空间布局标准化、平面尺寸合理化、建筑及结构设计与装配式深化设计一体化、立面节点组合化、模拟建造数字化五个方面,对装配式建筑方案设计具有一定的借鉴意义。

In recent years,with the proposal of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality target,China has vigorously promoted the development of the bamboo industry.However,as a major forestry province,Fujian's bamboo industry technology and market are relatively backward.To lead the local bamboo industry upgrading and product field expansion,the Shao Wu Economic Development Zone Bamboo Technology Industrial Park project was proposed and constructed.It is the first one-star prefabricated standard factory building in Shao Wu.The project takes the application of prefabricated construction technology as the premise and introduces the thinking of prefabricated building scheme design at the beginning of the project,including the high perspective from the park planning,as well as the standardization of space,rationalization of plan dimension,integration of building and structure design with detailed design of prefabricated building,combination of facade nodes,and digital simulation of construction.The project has a certain significance for the design of prefabricated building scheme.
