航管楼及塔台的迁建设计——以泉州晋江国际机场扩能改造工程为例

摘要 随着我国经济快速发展,航空业务量不断增长,一些机场的航站楼、空管楼及塔台等重要保障设施已超负荷运行,运营安全和服务保障压力不断加大。因此,而启动的扩建、扩能等改造提升工程中,航管楼及塔台受设施设备及建设用地等条件的制约,迁建在所难免。航管楼及塔台作为对空实现空中管制的主要场所,也是航行、通信和气象等部门的业务实施中心,迁建难度高、风险大。在不停航施工条件下,如何通过精心的设计、科学的施工组织和严格的风险管控,切实做到安全可靠,尤为重要。 With the rapid development of China's economy,the volume of aviation business has been growing.Some airport terminals,the ATC building and towers、other important security facilities have been overloaded,and the pressure on operation safety and service security has been increasing,Therefore,in the expansion,capacity expansion and other reconstruction and upgrading projects,the ATC building and tower are inevitably relocated due to the constraints of facilities,equipment,construction land and other conditions.As the main place for air control,the air traffic control building and tower are also the business implementation center of navigation,communication and meteorology departments.Relocation is difficult and risky.Under the condition of non-stop construction,it is particularly important to ensure safety and reliability through careful design,scientific construction organization and strict risk control.
