摘要
某烂尾楼因施工质量纠纷长期停工后,因重建需要,对其现存质量进行检测,深入分析其承载能力,可知地基基础质量完好,但主体结构的梁、柱、墙等构件有不同程度的损伤,需加固处理。为此,对第3层某框架梁进行分析,结果表明:因原施工质量不佳及后期长时间空置等原因,该框架梁理论计算与软件模拟所得承载性能均不符合设计要求,需进行加固处理;基于层次分析法,确定烂尾楼框架梁加固的各项影响因素指标的权重,选用多级模糊综合评价的方法,对4种加固方案进行综合比选,得出加大框架梁截面面积的方案最合适;为保障加固效果,需对相应的施工步骤进行优化。
A rotten building has been halted for a long time due to construction quality disputes.Due to the need for reconstruction,its existing quality was tested and its bearing capacity was analyzed in depth,which shows that its foundation quality is intact,but the beams,columns,walls and other components of the main structure have different degrees of damage and need to be reinforced.This paper analyzes a frame beam at the 3rd floor,and the results show that due to the poor quality of the original construction and long vacancy at a later stage,the bearing performance obtained from the theoretical calculation and software simulation of the frame beam does not meet the design requirements and needs to be reinforced.Based on the hierarchical analysis method to determine the weights of the indicators of the influencing factors of the frame beam reinforcement of the rotten building,the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was chosen to carry out comprehensive must selection of four reinforcement schemes,and the scheme to increase the cross-sectional area of the frame beam was found to be the most suitable.To guarantee the reinforcement effect,the corresponding construction steps need to be optimized.
