摘要
某装配式科研综合实验中心大楼,机电设备、管道错综复杂,特别是试验室区域,设置有复杂的工艺通风送回风系统、排风系统、新风系统、空调冷媒系统、消防系统,且强弱电点位较多。因此,利用BIM技术的可视化、参数化、模拟性、协调性等优点,来协助解决传统施工中的各工种不易交叉协同的难题。通过工程实例应用分析,助力装配式建筑复杂机电系统施工过程精细化管理,对类似工程具有一定借鉴意义。
A prefabricated scientific research comprehensive experimental center building has complex mechanical and electrical equipment and pipelines,especially in the laboratory area.It is equipped with complex process ventilation supply and return air systems,exhaust systems,fresh air systems,air conditioning refrigerant systems,fire protection systems,and many strong and weak electrical points.By utilizing the advantages of BIM technology such as visualization,parameterization,simulation,and coordination,it helps to solve the problem of difficult cross collaboration among various types of work in traditional construction.Through the application of engineering examples,it helps the refined management of the construction process of the complex electromechanical system of prefabricated building,which has certain reference significance for similar projects.
