摘要 针对隧道复杂环境的涂装要求,研制了综合性能优异的水性瓷化防护涂料。通过傅里叶红外光谱确定了水性瓷化涂料的固化工艺;通过调整阻燃剂的用量,研究其对水性瓷化涂料性能的影响,确定配方中氧化镁的添加量为10%。将水性瓷化涂料与市售隧道涂装材料对比,结果表明,水性瓷化涂料的混凝土吸水率低,具有优异的耐沾污、易清洗、耐高低温性能。 A water borne porcelain coating SP-31 with excellent performance is developed to meet the coating requirements of tunnels under complex environment.The curing process of the coating material is determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The influence of flame retardants on the performance of waterborne porcelain coating is studied by adjusting the dosage of magnesium oxide,which is optimized to be 10%in the formula.Comparing the water borne porcelain coating with other tunnel coating materials on the market,the results show that the water borne porcelain coating has low water absorption rate,excellent stain resistance,easy cleaning,and high/low temperature resistance.
