摘要 基于分离式装配原理,采用混凝土制备了一种踏步、踏板拼装式预制楼梯,研究了预制楼梯的荷载、挠度及抗开裂性能。结果表明,预制楼梯外观质量完好,无横向裂缝。承载力、挠度与裂缝宽度检验合格,芯样强度33.0MPa以上。荷载不大于标准组合值时,荷载-挠度曲线基本为直线,预制楼梯处于线弹性工作状态。加载至1.2倍设计荷载,未产生破坏,表明其具有较好的抗裂能力。 Based on the principle of separated assembly,a prefabricated stair with step and treads is prepared by plastic concrete.The load,deflection and cracking resistance of the prefabricated stair are studied.The results show that the prefabricated stair has good appearance quality and no transverse cracks.The bearing capacity,deflection and crack width are qualified,and the core strength is above 33.0MPa.When the load is not greater than the standard combination value,the load-deflection curve is basically straight,and the prefabricated stair is in linear elastic working state.When loaded to 1.2 times the design load,no damage is generated,indicating that it has good cracking resistance.
