Research on the cultivation of dual carbon talent system--From the perspective of combining engineering implementation with talent cultivation

随着双碳目标的推进,双碳人才培养日益受到关注。本文调查分析目前双碳人才的行业分类、人才管理实践和趋势,研究企业双碳工程实施和同步人才管理变革的措施和方法,探讨对需降碳企业实施碳减排工程的目标设定、绩效管理评价和人才发展实践相结合的培养思路,提出一种综合高效的通过工程和人才培养相结合的双碳人才系统培养方法。

With the promotion of the dual carbon goal,the cultivation of dual carbon talents has become an important field.This paper investigates the current industry classification of dual carbon talents,the practice and trend of talent management,and studies the measures and methods to implement the dual carbon project and synchronize the reform of talent management.Exploring the goal setting,performance management evaluation,and talent development practice of implementing carbon reduction projects for enterprises that need to reduce carbon emissions,a comprehensive and efficient dual carbon talent system training method combining engineering and talent cultivation is proposed.
