摘要
集成电路设计专业呈现多学科交叉、技术密集等特点。目前,该学科在专业选修课程的建设中仍然面临学科交叉方向不明确、建设内容重复、材料专业课程渗透以及教师队伍建设等问题。以中南民族大学电子信息工程学院开设的集成电路设计与集成系统专业为例,明确通信-自动化-计算机学科交叉方向,优化专用芯片设计的选修课程体系,为集成电路设计专业选修课程体系的改革奠定基础。
The multidisciplinary major of integrated circuit design and integrated system is recently established to meet the development of information industry.At present,there are some issues in the construction of elective courses in this major,such as the indistinct interdisciplinary direction,the mislead direction towards materials,the repetition of courses and the lack of teaching staff.This paper focuses on the optimization of the system of elective courses in this major,which takes the College of Electronics and Information Engineering,South-central University for Nationalities as an example.This work will lay a foundation for the curriculum.
