工业厂房给排水及消防设计方法探讨

Discussion on Design Method of Water Supply and Drainage and Fire Protection of Industrial Plant

针对工业厂房给排水系统及消防系统的设计要素进行梳理,明确工业厂房给排水及消防系统设计时常见的问题,确定行之有效的设计思路,提出进行工业厂房给排水设计时,设计人员应围绕日常生活给水、工业生产给水、生活污水及工业废水的排放进行全面思考,对日常生产中的衍生问题(如处理泄漏问题导致的厂房地面大量积水情况)的解决方式进行充分思考;进行消防系统设计时,需要重点考虑厂房外的消防供水管道设置、消火栓、阀门等要素。

The design elements of water supply and drainage system and fire protection system of industrial plant are sorted out,identify the common problems in the design of water supply and drainage system and fire fighting system of industrial plant,and determine the effective design ideas,proposes that when designing the water supply and drainage of industrial plants,designers should fully think about the discharge of daily life water supply,industrial production water supply,domestic sewage and industrial wastewater,and how to solve the derivative problems in daily production(such as dealing with the large amount of water accumulated on the ground of the plant caused by leakage).When designing the fire protection system,the setting of fire water supply pipes,fire hydrants,valves,etc.outside the plant are the key factors to be considered.
