摘要 针对民用建筑电气火灾问题,从线路过载、绝缘层受到破坏、接触电阻过大及线路短路等角度对火灾成因进行分析,提出一系列防范民用建筑电气火灾的措施。研究结果表明,通过积极采取设备选择、施工保障、定期检测、用电管理、设施配置及宣传教育等措施,能有效降低民用建筑发生电气火灾的概率,还能使建筑使用者的生命财产安全得到充分保障。 In view of civil building electrical fire problems,this paper analyzes the causes of fire from the perspectives of circuit overload,damage of insulation layer,excessive contact resistance and short circuit,and puts forward a series of measures to prevent civil building electrical fire.The results show that the probability of electrical fire in civil buildings can be effectively reduced and the safety of life and property of building users can be fully guaranteed by actively carrying out such measures as equipment selection,construction support,regular testing,power management,facility allocation and publicity and education.
