基于水动力分析的锅炉水冷壁壁温控制策略分析

摘要 选取某电厂1号机组使用的锅炉作为研究对象,基于水动力的角度分析锅炉的使用特性和锅炉水冷壁局部超温问题,并根据这一问题的成因对锅炉水冷壁壁温控制策略进行了分析,主要采用陶瓷纤维喷涂密封的方式进行锅炉水冷壁超温问题的治理。维修改造完成后,锅炉受热管道表面保温超温现象能够得到极大的缓解,降低热量的损耗,避免锅炉在运行过程中产生大量热量散失,同时也能够改善作业环境温度,避免机组表面温度过高烫伤作业人员或损坏零件。 Taking the boiler used in unit 1 ofa power plant as the research object,this paper analyzes the operating characteristics of the boiler and the local overtemperature of the boiler water wall from the perspective ofhydrodynamic force,and analyzes the control strategy of the boiler water wall temperature according to the causes ofthis problem,mainlyusing ceramic fiber spray sealing to control the overtemperature of the boiler water wall.After the completion of maintenance and transformation,the overheating of the surface insulation of the boiler heating pipe can be greatly alleviated,the heat loss can bereduced,and a large amount ofheat loss can be avoided during the operation of the boiler.Atthe sametime,the operating environment temperature can be improved to avoid scalding operators or damaging parts due to the high surface temperature of the unit.
