摘要
基于装配式建筑技术协同不到位问题,提出一种新的技术方案,即建立模型,在BIM技术指导下,完成装配式建筑设计与施工。在具体研究中,结合模型基本原则,说明BIM建模要点,具体包括模型边界确认、关系图绘制、变量选择与系统流图绘制。通过预制件管理、使用协同设计方案、关注协同施工技术措施应用,使BIM在装配式建筑施工中得到高水平应用,研究最终取得良好成果。
Based on the problem that the technical cooperation of assembled buildings is not in place,a new technical scheme is proposed,that is,to establish a model and complete the design and construction of assembled buildings under the guidance of BIM technology.In the specific research,combined with the basic principles of the model,the key points of BIM modeling are explained,including model boundary confirmation,relationship diagram drawing,variable selection and system flow diagram drawing.Through the management of prefabricated parts,the use of collaborative design scheme and the application of collaborative construction technical measures,BIM has been applied to assembly building construction at a high level.The research finally achieved good results.
