超高层建筑混凝土泵送施工工艺分析

摘要 概述了当下超高层建筑混凝土泵施工技术的传送质量与现状,并通过个案研究的方式对比了超高层建筑混凝土泵送施工技术的特点,在此基础上,重点分析了混凝土泵送施工工艺在混凝土原材料的选取和配比、施工技巧、泵管安装以及合理布局等方面的要求与条件。同时,对多个混凝土泵送施工技术案例调研结果进行了分析,并在此前提下,对现下超高层建筑混凝土泵送施工工艺的流程与泵送施工时应注意的事项进行了总结,提出了合理化建议。 This paper summarizes the transmission quality and current status of concrete pump construction technology in super high-rise buildings,and compares the characteristics of concrete pump construction technology in super high-rise buildings by means of case study.On this basis,it focuses on the analysis of the concrete pumping construction technology in the selection and proportion of concrete raw materials,construction skills requirements and conditions for pump pipe installation and reasonable layout.At the same time,the research results of several concrete pumping construction technology cases are analyzed,and on this premise,the current concrete pumping construction process of super high-rise buildings and the matters needing attention in pumping construction are summarized,and reasonable suggestions are put forward.
