市政排水管道定向钻进施工控制要点

摘要 市政排水管道作为道路地下排水工程的连接构件,施工质量关系着整条道路的适用性、可靠性和行驶寿命。在交通压力大、构造物与管线立体交叉复杂的地段往往难以直接开槽明挖施工,采用定向钻进穿越施工相较而言有着较大的优势。论文以同集路提升改造工程(横跨同安、集美两个区,3个立交匝道)为依托,从地质勘探、造斜钻进、钻液配置、热熔焊接等方面进行分析总结,研究定向钻进施工控制要点,为后续施工总结经验,持续提高施工质量。 As the connecting component of the road underground drainage project,the construction quality of the municipal drainage pipeline is related to the applicability,reliability and driving life of the whole road.In sections with high traffic pressure and complex intersection between structures and pipelines,it is often difficult to carry out direct trenching and open excavation construction.In comparison,directional drilling construction has great advantages.Based on the Tongji Road upgrading and reconstruction project(spanning Tong'an and Jimei districts and three interchange ramps),this paper analyzes and summarizes the geological exploration,deflection drilling,drlling fluid allocation,hot melt welding and other aspects,studies the key points of directional drilling construction control,summarizes the experience for subsequent construction,and continuously improves the construction quality.
