Common Quality Problems and Control Measures in the Construction of Pile Foundation and Pier of Highway Bridge

公路桥梁桩基和墩柱施工需要面对复杂的地质、地形条件,如果质量控制不到位,不但难以实现预期的设计效果,而且还会为后续施工和交通运行埋下诸多隐患,甚至会造成重大生命财产损失。论文针对公路桥梁灌注桩基础和墩柱施工常见质量问题及控制措施进行研究,针对不同的质量问题进行原因分析,并提出针对性的解决措施,以实现精细化质量管理目标,保证最终施工效果,维护道路桥梁的正常运行和整体安全。

The construction ofpile foundation and pier ofhighway bridge needs to face complex geological and topographic conditions.Ifthe quality control is not in place,it is not only difficult to achieve the expected design effect,but also bury many hidden dangers for the subsequent construction and traffic operation,and even caused significant loss of life and property.This paper studies the common quality problems and control measures of highway bridge cast-in-place pile foundation and pier column construction,analyzes the reasons for different quality problems,and puts forward specific solutions,so as to achieve the fine quality management objectives,ensure the final construction effect,maintain the normal operation ofroad and bridge and the overall safety.
