超厚宽幅水泥稳定碎石基层施工工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高超厚宽幅公路基层耐久性能,依托实际工程对其进行研究。通过压实试验得出,当水泥剂量为4.5%,最佳含水量为5.1%时,试件最大干密度为2.369 g/cm^(3),7 d无侧限抗压强度为3.82 MPa,压实性能较好,采用DT1600摊铺机进行超厚宽幅水泥稳定碎石基层摊铺,可提高高速公路施工效率和质量。 In order to improve the durability of super thick and wide highway base,it is studied by practical engineering.According to the compaction test,when the cement dose is 4.5%and the optimal water content is 5.1%,the maximum dry density of the specimen is 2.369 g/cm^(3) and the 7 d unconfined compressive strength is 3.82 MPa,and the compaction performance is good.DT1600 paver is used to spread the super-thick and wide cement-stabilized gravel base,which can improve the construction efficiency and quality of the expressway.
