摘要
本研究针对金山店铁矿和铜山口共用尾矿库的回水与金山店矿区的采矿新水,考察两种水对金山店铁矿的分选影响。水的检测数据显示:回水pH值为7.91,略高于新水的7.15;回水中的Zn^(2+)浓度明显高于新水,高出近5倍,相应的回水电导率高于新水。水质对颗粒沉降试验显示:回水较新水能加速矿物颗粒的絮团沉降;使用回水较新水有助于磨矿作业;回水对磁选精矿的铁品位有微弱的降低。
This study focuses on the tailing backwater co-used by Jinshandian iron mine and Tongshankou and the fresh mining water of Jin-shandian iron mine,and their effects on the processing of Jinshandian iron ore.The water analysis test data shows that the pH value of the backwater is 7.91,which is slightly higher than that of the fresh water(7.15);The Zn^(2+)concentration in the backwater water is significantly higher than that of the fresh water,nearly 5 times higher to be exact fresh water.The settlement test shows that the backwater water can accelerate the settlement of min-eral particles as compared with the fresh water;The use of reclaimed water facilitates the grinding operations;The iron grade of magnetic concen-trate is weakly reduced.
