摘要
聚丙烯(PP)是一种半透明的热塑性合成树脂,与其它树脂相比,它具有很多出色的性能,比如无色、无臭、无毒、耐化学性、耐热性和电绝缘性等,因此被广泛用于包装、食品工业、汽车等领域。我公司7万吨/年聚丙烯装置将国产设计的单环管生产工艺和意大利的液相本体Spheripol专用技术结合起来,用于生产H39S-2聚丙烯树脂。该树脂被广泛应用于口罩、卫生巾、尿不湿等产品的生产,得到了用户的认可和好评。由于聚丙烯树脂在加工的过程中常伴有气味,制约了聚丙烯产品的卫生性和安全性,加上近年来对口罩的需求量激增,所以市场对聚丙烯树脂的卫生性提出了更高的要求。文章结合我公司Spheripol液相本体法生产聚丙烯的工艺技术,针对气味形成的原因进行科学分析,同时提出了合理的改进方案。
Polypropylene(PP)is a colorless,odorless,non-toxic,translucent and excellent thermoplastic synthetic resin,with chemical resistance to heat,electrical insulation,high strength mechanical properties and high wear-resistant processing properties,and it is widely used in packaging,food industry,automotive and other fields.Our 70 kt/a polypropylene plant uses Italy’s Spheripol liquid-phase technology and a domestically designed single-loop tube production process to produce H39S-2 polypropylene resin,which is widely used in the production of masks,sanitary napkins,diapers and other products,and has been recognized and praised by clients.Because odor is accompanied by the process of processing polypropylene resin,which restricts the sanitation and safety of polypropylene products,and the demand for masks has surged in recent years,so the market put forward higher requirements for the sanitation of polypropylene resin.In this paper,combining with the Spheripol liquid-phase technology,the cause of odor formation is analyzed scientifically,and the related countermeasures are put forward.
