自动化控制在化工安全生产中的应用及优化

摘要 随着自动化控制技术的发展,它在化工安全生产中应用的也越来越广泛,其主流自动化手段就是基于PLC技术的工控系统。本文针对目前化工行业的现状,阐述了自动化控制技术在化工安全生产中的应用情况,对PLC技术的原理进行概述,同时分析出复杂的PLC程序设计可能导致故障诊断时间延长而增加安全风险,通信网络可能面临延迟、丢失和安全性,传感器的可靠性和准确性可能存在挑战等问题。提出解决此类困境的措施与对策,为同类化工企业应用自动化控制技术保障安全生产提供参考。 With the development of automation control technology,its application in chemical safety production is becoming increasingly widespread.Its mainstream automation method is industrial control systems based on PLC technology.This article focuses on the current situation of the chemical industry,elaborates on the application of automation control technology in chemical safety production,summarizes the principles of PLC technology,and analyzes that complex PLC program design may lead to extended fault diagnosis time and increase safety risks,communication networks may face delays,losses,and safety,and there may be challenges to the reliability and accuracy of sensors.Propose measures and countermeasures to solve such difficulties,providing reference for similar chemical enterprises to apply automation control technology to ensure safe production.
