摘要
针对TTA3150、EHPE-3150等多官能团环氧树脂制备成本高问题,提出了一种新型脂环族环氧树脂合成制备方法,在常规制备工艺的基础上,通过使用新的原料组成制备新结构固体环氧树脂材料,其热稳定性、耐老化、透光率、粘结性能良好,制备成本显著低于TTA3150型环氧树脂制备成本,具有良好的技术效益和经济效益。
In response to the high preparation cost of multifunctional epoxy resins such as TTA3150 and EHPE-3150,a new method for synthe-sizing alicyclic epoxy resins was proposed.Based on the conventional preparation process,a new structured solid epoxy resin material was prepared by using new raw materials.Its thermal stability,aging resistance,light transmittance,and bonding performance were good,and the preparation cost was significantly lower than that of TTA3150 epoxy resin,it has good technical and economic benefits.
