摘要
目的:探究体能训练对北京市初中生身心健康、屏幕时间和睡眠时长的影响,为初中生身心健康提供发展策略。方法:采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验法、数理统计法等探究体能训练对初中生身心健康的疗效。结果:(1)体能训练能够提升初中生的体质健康测试总成绩,特别是立定跳远和坐位体前屈成绩,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);(2)体能训练能够提升初中生的心理弹性和运动动机,差异均具有显著性(P<0.01);(3)体能训练能够降低初中生的屏幕时间并提升睡眠时长,差异具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:(1)体能训练能够提升初中生的体质健康水平,特别是柔韧素质和下肢力量;(2)体能训练能够有效增强初中生的心理弹性和运动动机;(3)体能训练能够降低初中生的屏幕时间并提升睡眠时长。
Objective:To explore the effects of physical training on physical and mental health,screen time and sleep duration of junior middle school students in Beijing,and provide development strategies for the physical and mental health of junior middle school students.Methods:The literature method,questionnaire survey method,experiment method and mathematical statistics method were used to explore the treatment effects of physical training on the physical and mental health of junior middle school students.Results:(1)Physical training could improve the total scores of the physical fitness test of junior middle school students,especially the scores of standing long jump and sitting forward bend,and the differences were significant(P<0.05).(2)Physical training could improve the mental resilience and exercise motivation of junior middle school students,and the differences were significant(P<0.01).(3)Physical training could reduce screen time of junior middle school students and improve sleep duration,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Physical training can improve the physical health level of junior middle school students,especially flexibility quality and lower limb strength.(2)Physical training can effectively improve the mental resilience and exercise motivation of junior middle school students.(3)Physical training can reduce screen time of junior middle school students and improve sleep duration.
