探究复合式训练对篮球运动员下肢爆发力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在篮球这项运动中,运动员的下肢爆发力属于一项重要的运动能力,篮球运动员具备较强的下肢爆发力,能够在比赛时更好地发挥自身作用,无论是跑动还是弹跳等,相较于其他运动员都有更显著的优势。运动员的下肢爆发力往往能够成为决定一场比赛胜负的关键能力。复合式训练是一种兼具了力量、爆发等多种要素的训练模式,在培养爆发力上的优势非常显著。为明确复合式训练对篮球运动员下肢爆发力的影响,该研究在查阅大量文献资源的基础上,明确了复合式训练的标准规范,并采取实验探究的方式,将某高校36名篮球运动员作为研究对象,平均分配到A队与B队,并分别采取传统力量训练与复合式训练。采取传统力量训练的A队运动员在经过63d的训练后,其下肢爆发力的增长明显低于B队,P<0.05。此次研究证明了复合式训练相比于常规的力量训练,更能够提高篮球运动员的下肢爆发力,值得在篮球训练中推广。 In basketball,the explosive power of lower limbs of athletes is an important athletic ability.Basketball players have strong explosive power of lower limbs,can better play their role in games and have more significant advantages in both running and jumping compared to other athletes,and the explosive power of lower limbs of athletes can often become the key ability to determine the outcome of a game.Compound training is a training mode that combines multiple elements such as strength and explosive power,and it has significant advantages in cultivating explosive power.In order to clarify the impact of compound training on the explosive power of lower limbs of basketball players,based on consulting a large number of literature resources,this study clarifies the standard specification of compound training,adopts the experimental exploration method,takes 36 basketball players from a university as the objects of this study,evenly divides them to Team A and Team B,and traditional strength training and compound training are applied to the athletes from Team A and Team B respectively.After 63 days of training,the growth of the explosive power of lower limbs of the athletes from Team A who took traditional strength training was significantly lower than that of the athletes of Team B,P<0.05.This study proves that compared to conventional strength training,compound training can improve the explosive power of lower limbs of basketball players more,and it is worth promoting in basketball training.
