摘要
《中国女子足球改革发展方案(2022—2035年)》的出台,为女足事业提供了全新发展机会。中国足协女超联赛作为我国女子足球最高级别职业联赛,其发展在很大程度上代表着中国女足的职业化水平。为了促进女超联赛更高质量发展,该文采用SWOT方法对女超联赛的目前情况进行态势分析,结果表明,女超联赛的发展同时具有内部优势和劣势,面临着外部机遇和挑战。该文最终有针对性地提出开拓型、抗争型、争取型、防御型4种类型的发展策略。
The introduction of The Chinese Women's Football Reform and Development Programme(2022-2035)has provided a new opportunity for the development of women's football career.As the highest-level professional league of Chinese women's football,the development of the CFA Women's Football Super League represents the professional level of Chinese women's football to a large extent.In order to promote the higher-quality development of the Women's Football Super League,this paper adopts the SWOT method to analyze the current situation of the Women's Football Super League.Results show that the development of the Women's Football Super League has internal advantages and disadvantages,and faces external opportunities and challenges.Finally,it puts forward four types of targeted development strategies:pioneering,fighting,striving and defensive development strategies.
