高校“校—院—系”三级赛事体系发展现状与存在问题分析

Analysis of the Development Status and Existing Problems of the"University—School—Department"Three-Level Event System in Colleges and Universities

目前高等学校在体育工作中仍存在诸多困难和问题,合而观之,区域之间、学校之间由于缺乏必要的基本制度、具体标准和明确要求,体育工作水平差距明显,高等学校体育工作均衡、协调可持续发展方面受到了较大影响。基于当前高校体育教育现代化发展的深刻背景,结合高等学校的发展任务、特征以及体育工作的特点,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、统计分析法等方法,对高校“校—院—系”三级赛事发展现状进行梳理发现:目前高校校园赛事体系中校级赛事体系相对健全,院级赛事体系和系级赛事体系还有待完善;现有赛事多以田径综合性和各球类赛事为主,赛事体系单一,在大众性、趣味性、教育性等多方面的体育文化理念有所欠缺。相关问题的指出,为我国高校的校园竞赛体系的丰富与完善、学生体质监测与评价体系的构建、学校体育文化传统的继承和创新、学生的全面发展和体育强国建设提供了重要参考依据。

At present,there are still many difficulties and problems in sports work in colleges and universities.Observing them together,it is found that due to the lack of necessary basic systems,specific standards and clear requirements among regions and schools,the gap in the level of sports work is obvious,and the balanced,coordinated and sustainable development of sports work in colleges and universities has been greatly affected.Based on the profound background of the current modernizaton of sports work in colleges and universities,combined with the development tasks and characteristics of colleges and universities and the characteristics of sports work,this paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interviews,questionnaire surveys,statistical analysis,etc.to sort out the development status of the"university—school—department"three-level event system in colleges and universities.It is found that at present,the university-level event system in the campus event system in colleges and universities is relatively sound,and the schoollevel event system and department-level event system still need to be improved,and that existing events are mainly comprehensive track and field events and various ball games,with the single event system,and lack of sports culture concepts in many aspects such as popularity,fun and education.The pointing out of relevant issues provides an important reference basis for enriching and improving the campus competition system in colleges and universities in China,the construction of the monitoring and evaluation system of students'physical quality,the inheritance and innovation of the cultural tradition of school physical education,and the comprehensive development of students and the construction of a sports power.
