摘要
学校体育工作的综合性和复杂性对职前体育教师的培养提出了新的挑战。该文立足于当前体育与健康课程定位与学校体育工作面临的实际问题,阐述新时代构建教练员专家型、运动健康管理专家型、文化传承专家型、新型(X型)的“3+X型”体育教师培养本土化体系的现实依据,探析体系构建的理论与实践之维,为体育教师教育构建本土话语,精准定位,培养出更多符合中国国情、能担大任的“四有”卓越体育教师。
The comprehensiveness and complexity of school sports work put forward new challenges to the training of pre-service physical education teachers.Based on the current positioning of the curriculum Physical Education and Health and the practical problems faced by school sports work,this paper expounds the practical basis of constructing the localization training system of"3+X-typed"physical education teachers of expert coaches,expert sports health management,expert cultural inheritance and new(X type)in the new era,and explores the theoretical and practical dimension of the construction of the system,so as to construct local discourse for physical education teacher education,precisely locate,and cultivate more excellent physical education teachers with firm ideals and beliefs,moral sentiments,solid knowledge and benevolence who are in line with China's national conditions and can take on great responsibilities.
