休闲体育理论下高校篮球教学训练方法分析

Analysis of University Basketball Teaching and Training Methods under the Theory of Leisure Sports

在高校教育教学改革深入发展背景下,各院校对体育教学纷纷展开了一系列具有实践意义的尝试,很多备受关注的休闲体育项目开始进入课堂,满足了学生对休闲体育的需求。篮球作为体育教学中的传统项目,受娱乐性、经济性和普及性影响,依然是学生休闲体育教学项目中最追捧的项目之一。但长期在竞技运动训练理念的影响下,高校篮球还不能适应当前学生健美、健身、娱乐、休闲等多元需求,学生普遍存在爱打篮球但不爱上篮球课的现象。为解决这一问题,从休闲体育的基本特性和功能分析着手,探讨了休闲体育融入高校篮球教学的积极意义,并以此提出了一些关于篮球教学训练的方式方法。

In the context of the deepening development of education and teaching reform in universities,various universities have launched a series of practical attempts on physical education teaching.Many highly regarded leisure sports projects have begun to enter the classroom,meeting the needs of students for leisure sports.Basketball,as a traditional item in physical education,is still one of the most popular items in the teaching items of leisure sports for students due to the influence of entertainment,economy and popularity.However,under the the long-term influence of the idea of competitive sports training,college basketball can not adapt to the multiple demands of students,such as bodybuilding,fitness,entertainment and leisure,and there is a universal phenomenon of loving playing basketball but not loving basketball classes.In order to solve this problem,starting from the analysis of the basic characteristics and functions of leisure sports,this paper probes into the positive significance of the integration of leisure sports into college basketball teaching,and puts forward some ways and methods of basketball teaching and training on this basis.
