运动训练专业(优秀运动员方向)本科人才培养目标与毕业要求持续改进研究

Research on the Continuously Improvement of the Training Goals and Graduation Requirements of Undergraduate Talents in the Sports Training Major(Oriented Towards Excellent Athletes)

为有效提升运动训练专业(优秀运动员方向)人才培养质量,完善基于国家专业教学质量标准与专业认证标准下的运动员本科教学体系,围绕南京体育学院运动员本科人才培养方案修订工作,借鉴成果导向教育(OBE)理念,提出以运动员全面发展为中心,以国家标准为指导,以学习成果为导向,对培养目标的科学定位与目标内涵厘定阐释,以及对毕业要求进行更新与细化分解。通过优化后的培养目标与毕业要求,为运动员本科培养方案及其实践过程的持续改进提供指导,旨在适应新时代与新形势下对运动员文化教育的新要求,以期提高运动员本科人才培养质量。

In order to effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation in the major of sports training(oriented towards outstanding athletes),the undergraduate teaching system for athletes based on national professional teaching quality standards and professional certification standards is improved.Focusing on the revision of the undergraduate talent cultivation plan for athletes in Nanjing Sports Institute,and drawing on the concept of OBE,it is proposed to clarify and explain the scientific positioning and goal connotation of training objectives and update and refine graduation requirements with the comprehensive development of athletes as the center,national standards as the guide,and learning outcomes as the orientation.By the optimized training objectives and graduation requirements,the guidance for the continuous improvement of the undergraduate training plan for athletes and its practical process is provided,aiming to adapt to the new requirements for athletes'cultural education in the new era and new situation,and improve the quality of undergraduate talent cultivation for athletes.
