Taekwondo is a sport with worldwide influence and plays an important role in the cultivation of students'physical and mental health,character education and social adaptability.In applied undergraduate colleges,it is worth exploring on how to integrate taekwondo teaching with students'in-and out-of-class learning to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching.Taking private applied undergraduate colleges as the background,this study deeply discusses and studies the realization ways and influence of the in-and out-of-class integration of taekwondo teaching,aiming to promote the high-quality development of taekwondo in private applied undergraduate colleges and promote the overall quality cultivation of students.The article explains the theoretical basis of in-and out-of-class integrated taekwondo teaching,emphasizes the importance of integrating taekwondo with professional courses and practical activities,as well as the positive impact of taekwondo on students'physical and mental health,character education and social adaptability.In terms of practical strategies,the article makes comprehensive use of various teaching methods,including modern educational technology,diversified curriculum setting and rich extra-curricular practical activities,to improve the quality and effectiveness of teaching.In terms of effect evaluation,the article analyses the remarkable results of in-and out-of-class integrated taekwondo teaching on students'quality improvement,physical and mental health and social adaptability.
