社会体育指导与管理专业赛事组织策划能力培养路径探索——以成都大学为例

Exploration of the Path of the Cultivation of the Event Organization and Planning Ability Professional in the Social Sports Guidance and Management Major——Taking Chengdu University as an Example

基于市场对社会体育指导与管理专业学生的赛事组织策划能力的需求,该文针对成都大学社会体育指导与管理专业2019级的培养方案、课程设置、实践活动进行了调查分析,发现成都大学在社会体育指导与管理专业学生的赛制组织策划能力培养方面存在一些问题,如毕业要求中对学生的赛事策划能力描述不够具体、课内实践学时不足、课外实践机会较少、校企合作深度不够等,针对以上问题提出了相应的对策建议。

Based on the market demand for the event organization and planning ability of students majoring in social sports guidance and management,this article conducts a survey and analysis of the training plan,curriculum design and practical activities of the 2019 in the social sports guidance and management major in Chengdu University,finds that there are problems in the cultivation of the event organization and planning ability of students majoring in social sports guidance and management in Chengdu University,such as unspecific description of students'event planning ability in graduation requirements,insufficient in-class practice hours,few opportunities for extracurricular practice,and insufficient depth of school-enterprise cooperation,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the above problems.
