核心素养背景下中学体育教师专业发展机遇、挑战及优化策略

摘要 该研究通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等科研方法,对核心素养背景下的中学体育教师专业发展机遇、面临的挑战进行分析,并在此基础上提出优化策略,以期为提升中学体育教师的专业素养提供一定的理论参考,进而科学指导体育教师开展教学实践,提高学生的核心素养。核心素养背景下体育教师专业发展的重点在于聚焦核心素养,提高认知水平;全面审视自身发展,用逆向思维弥补不足;恶补自身短板,紧跟信息发展;拓宽专业提升策略,齐心协力共谋发展;打破学科壁垒,解决教师后顾之忧;增强创新意识,适应社会发展需要。 This study analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the professional development of middle school physical education teachers under the background of core literacy through the scientific research methods of literature,expert interviews,logical analysis,etc.,and puts forward optimization strategies on this basis,with a view to providing certain theoretical reference for improving the professional literacy of middle school physical education teachers,then guiding the teaching practice of physical education teachers scientifically and improving students'core literacy.Under the background of core literacy,the focus of the professional development of PE teachers is to focus on core literacy to improve the cognitive level,comprehensively examine their own development and make up for deficiencies with reverse thinking,make up for their own shortcomings and keep up with information development,broaden professional promotion strategies to work together for common development,break disciplinary barriers to solve teachers'worries,and enhance the sense of innovation to adapt to the needs of social development.
