校园足球教学干预对农村留守儿童心理韧性各维度的影响

Influence of the Intervention in Campus Football Teaching on All Dimensions of the Psychological Resilience of Left-Behind Children in Rural Areas

摘要 为促进农村留守儿童心理韧性各维度发展以及农村学校校园足球发展,探寻有效路径,该文采用实验法,对实验组学生进行足球教学干预。12周后,纵向比较:对照组的学生在实验前、后心理韧性各维度水平无明显变化;而实验组的学生在实验前、后心理韧性水平的5个维度中,除了家庭支持维度无明显变化外,其余4个维度得分均高于实验前。横向比较:实验组和对照组学生心理韧性水平除了家庭支持维度无显著性差异外,实验组学生心理韧性的其余4个维度得分均高于对照组的学生。得出:校园足球教学对农村留守儿童心理韧性的情绪控制、目标专注、认知态度、人际关系维度有较大的提升作用。 To promote the development of all dimensions of the psychological resilience of left-behind children in rural areas and the development of school football in rural schools,and explore effective paths,this paper used the experimental method to intervene in football teaching for the students in the experimental group.After 12 weeks,longitudinal comparison:there was no significant change in the level of all dimensions of mental resistance for students in the control group before and after the experiment,and in the five dimensions of the level of mental resistance before and after the experiment,for students in the experimental group,there was no significant change in the dimension of family support,and the scores of the other four dimensions were higher than those before the experiment.Horizontal comparison:in the level of mental resilience of the students in the experimental group and the control group,there was no significant difference in the dimension of family support,and the scores of the other four dimensions of psychological resilience for students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.It is concluded that campus football teaching can greatly improve the dimensions of the emotional control,target focus,cognitive attitude and interpersonal relationship of the psychological resilience of left-behind children in rural areas.
