摘要
体育教学作为学校教育的重要组成部分,在培养学生核心素养的过程中被视为最直接有力的方式,而新时代也对体育教师专业发展提出了一系列新要求。为了促进体育教师核心素养的提升,该文采用文献资料法、归纳推理法等方法对体育教师专业发展进行研究,发现体育教师的核心素养主要包括职业道德素养、专业知识与技能素养、创新素养。在核心素养导向下,体育教师专业发展面临着传统的体育教学理念、模式难以打破;高速发展的信息化时代核心素养不足;体育教师专业发展的外部保障缺失等诸多挑战。由此提出体育教师专业新发展路径:全面理解核心素养,突破传统教学观念;合理利用信息技术,优化教师专业能力;拓宽培训学习,强化专业发展保障。
Physical education teaching,as an important part of school education,is regarded as the most direct and powerful way in the process of developing students'core literacy.The new era puts forward a series of new requirements for the professional development of physical education teachers.In order to promote the improvement of the core literacy of physical education teachers,this paper adopts the literature method and inductive reasoning method to study the professional development of physical education teachers,and finds that the core literacy of physical education teachers mainly includes the literacy of professional ethics,professional knowledge and skills and innovation.Under the orientation of core literacy,the professional development of physical education teachers faces many challenges such as the difficulty of breaking the traditional teaching ideas and models of physical education,the lack of core literacy in the rapid development of the information age,and the lack of external guarantee for the professional development of physical education teachers.Therefore,new development paths are proposed for the professional development of PE teachers:comprehensively understand core literacy to break through traditional teaching concepts,rationally use information technology to optimize teachers'professional competence,and broaden training and learning to strengthen the guarantee for professional development.
