摘要 高校人才培养是育人和育才相统一的过程。民法课程基于自身特征与实践逻辑,是“课程思政”的重要载体,应重视民法“课程思政”的目的性要求、创新性要求、“人民性”要求与实践性要求。民法“课程思政”为实现因事而化、因时而进、因势而新的高校思政教育要求,应通过加强制度和队伍建设、充分利用思政教育元素、改进并创新教学方法与手段、整合各方力量与资源等措施,协同推进“课程思政”建设。 The cultivation of talents in higher education is a unified process of educating and cultivating talents.Based on its own characteristics and practical logic,civil law curriculum is an important carrier of“curriculum-based ideological and political education”.We should pay attention to the purposeful requirements,innovative requirements,people-oriented requirements and practical requirements of“curriculum-based ideological and political education”in civil law.In order to meet the requirements of ideological and political education in higher education,which refers to adapting to the situation,advancing with the times,and innovating according to the situation,we should promote the construction of“course-based ideological and political education”coordinately by strengthening the institution construction and team building,making full use of ideological and political education elements,improving and innovating teaching methods and means,and integrating the strength and resources of all parties.
