On the Curriculum Construction of Rule of Law Culture in the Courses for Law Majors from the Perspective of the New Liberal Arts

新文科建设已经成为法学研究的重要议题。在此背景下,法治文化专业教学已经探索出较为成熟的模式。法治文化课程建设在课程定位、课程内容和课程目标三方面逐渐形成特色,在课程体系、师资团队和人才培养三方面积累了一定经验,在学科建设、理论研究和形式创新三方面具有良好前景。通过回顾与整理国内课程建设典型,以期为相关研究和教学实践提供有益参考。

The construction of new liberal arts has become an important topic in legal research.In this context,the teaching of legal culture majors has explored a relatively mature model,gradually forming characteristics in the three aspects of course positioning,course content and course objectives,and has accumulated certain experience in the three aspects of the course system,teacher team and talent training.The three aspects of construction,theoretical research and form innovation have good prospects.By reviewing and sorting out the typical domestic curriculum construction,we hope to provide useful reference for related research and teaching practice.
