摘要
家庭碳减排是全面实现“双碳”战略目标的重要组成部分。通过对全国城乡家庭随机样本的调查,运用描述性统计与结构方程模型实证分析家庭碳减排意识、行为及其影响路径。研究发现:家庭“碳过盛”现象普遍存在,家庭消费碳减排意识明显弱于行为,经济手段推动了居民家庭的碳减排行为,但并未明显改变他们的减排意识;碳减排意识与行为皆呈现南强北弱的区域差异;政府的环保努力会提升家庭碳减排意识。为使家庭碳减排意识与行为达到“知行合一、自觉自愿”的程度,可以通过优化家庭能源消费结构,促进绿色出行,建立家庭碳排放检测平台,将市场机制引入家庭碳减排,营造家庭居住地环境的绿色空间等措施提升家庭生活消费碳减排意识与行为。
Household carbon emission reduction is an important part of the overall realization of the"double-carbon"strategy.Through the survey of a random sample of urban and rural households in China,descriptive statistics and structural equation model are used to empirically analyze the awareness,behavior of household carbon emission reduction and its influence path.The results show that the phenomenon of"excessive carbon"in households is widespread,the awareness of carbon emission reduction in household consumption is significantly weaker than behavior,and economic means promote the carbon emission reduction behavior of households,but do not significantly change their awareness of emission reduction.The awareness and behavior of carbon emission reduction both show the regional differences of strong in the south and weak in the north.The government's environmental efforts will raise household awareness of carbon emission reduction.In order to make the awareness and behavior of household carbon emission reduction reach the degree of"unity of knowledge and action,voluntary initiative".The awareness and behavior of household carbon emission reduction can be enhanced by optimizing household energy consumption structure,promoting green travel,establishing household carbon emission detection platforms,introducing market mechanisms into household carbon emission reduction,and creating green spaces for household living environment.
