Tactical combat injury assessment and treatment strategy based on the principle of MARCH PAWS

现代战争致伤因素多样,损伤严重,伤情复杂,战术区域快速准确评估判断伤情是战伤救治的重点和难点,也是降低战场可预防性死亡的重要前提。参考《我军战伤伤情评估和诊断方法的专家共识》(2018版)和《美军战术战伤救护指南》(2021年版),着重阐述基于MARCH PAWS原则的战术区域战伤评估与救治策略,为提高我军战伤救治能力提供指导。

In modern warfare,wounding agents and the wounds are complex,casualties are severe.Assessment and diagnosis of combat injuries should be rapid and accurate,and it's an important premise for eliminating preventable death in tactical field.Refer to"Expert consensus on assessment and diagnosis of combat injuries of PLA"(2018 Edition)and“Tactical combat casualty care guidelines for medical personnel”(2021 Edition),we aim to introduce the strategies on evaluating and caring combat casualties in the tactical field,and provide reference for improving the ability of tactical combat casualty care.
