某核电厂主体为钢结构的汽机厂房建安阶段发生大面积防火涂层剥落,为了分析防火涂层失效原因,从防火涂层设计、施工工艺、失效模式、环境调查等方面对涂层失效的原因进行了分析,提出相关解决建议,避免类似防火涂层失效事件的再次发生。

In order to analyze the causes of the failure of thefireproof coating,the causes of the failure of thefireproof coating were analyzed from the aspects offireproof coating design,construction process,failure mode and environmental investigation,and relevant solutions were put forward to avoid the recurrence of similarfireproof coating failure events.
