摘要
管道制造、施工和运行中可能产生金属损失、裂纹、变形和焊缝缺陷,对于管道安全运行造成风险隐患。我国长输管道环境条件复杂,管道企业应选定高效适用的修复技术。针对打磨、补板、堆焊、A/B型套筒、钢制环氧套筒、复合材料、机械夹具和换管等技术,介绍了其适用范围和施工技术要点。根据管道缺陷类型和严重程度,阐述了管道管体缺陷修复技术选定原则,提出了钢质环氧套筒和复合材料修复技术需解决的瓶颈问题和研究方向。
Metal loss,crack,deformation and weld defects may occur during pipeline manufacturing,construction and operation,which may cause risks to the pipeline safe operation.Due to the complex environmental conditions of China long distance pipelines,pipeline operator should select efficient and applicable repair technologies.The paper introduces the application scope and key points of construction technology for grinding,patching,built-up welding,type A/B sleeve,epoxy steel sleeve,composite material,mechanical clamp and pipe replacement.According to the type and severity of pipeline defects,the selection principles of pipeline body defect repair technology are expounded,and the key problems and research directions of steel epoxy sleeve and composite material repair technology to be solved are proposed.
