某海洋油田生产管线腐蚀分析

摘要 本文对某海洋油田生产管线中的一段取样进行腐蚀分析,应用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱等分析手段,详细研究了生产管线外表面涂层及内管壁的腐蚀状况,分析了腐蚀产生的原因。生产管线外表面涂层容易受到氧和氯离子的侵蚀,生产管线内壁受海水和硫化氢腐蚀,对生产工艺和维保措施进行合理管控,可减轻腐蚀发生。 Corrosion analysis was carried out on a sample taken from a production pipeline in an offshore oil field.Metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy were used to analyze the corrosion,the corrosion status of the outer surface coating and inner surface of the production pipeline was studied in detail,and the causes of corrosion were analyzed.The outer surface coating of production pipeline is easy to be corroded by oxygen and chloride ion,and the inner surface of production pipeline is corroded by seawater and hydrogen sulfide.
