高铁站房大跨度屋盖钢结构整体提升数值模拟及施工安全监测 被引量:3

摘要 高铁潮汕站南站房屋主体为钢筋混凝土结构,屋盖为“几”字形焊接球钢网架体系,是典型的大跨度钢屋盖结构,网架核心部分采用了整体提升施工方法.本文首先进行该工程整体提升的施工模拟仿真计算,分析关键受力杆件在提升过程中的应力应变情况,获取施工过程中的危险阶段和薄弱环节,为现场实测的测点布置提供理论依据.再结合应变片安装的可行性,在多个最不利杆件上粘贴应变片并布置导线,实时监测整体提升阶段屋盖网架结构的应力变化情况,确保施工过程的安全性.本研究为大跨度屋盖网架结构整体提升的施工监测提供了思路和整体框架,可为同类工程建设提供有益的参考与借鉴. In the main south building of Chaoshan station is built with reinforced concrete and the roof is welded with steel grids.The roof structure secures a large span and a heavy weight.In this study,the construction simulation is first carried out to analyze the stress and strain of each key stressed rod,and weak links in the process of lifting are obtained.Then,according to finite element analysis results in the construction stage,the location of the most unfavorable member of the grid structure is found.In consideration of the feasibility of strain gauge installation,strain gauges are pasted on several of the most unfavorable member and wires are arranged to monitor the stress and the deformation of the roof grid structure in the construction stage in real time.This study provides a strong guarantee for the safety of roof grid structure during construction,and can serve as a beneficial reference for similar engineering construction.
