一体化轻型墙板全螺栓装配式钢框架抗震性能试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental research on seismic performance of integrated light wall panel full-bolted prefabricated steel frame

摘要 为研究外挂保温装饰一体化轻型墙板全螺栓装配式钢框架的抗震性能,对3榀单层单跨1∶2缩尺钢框架进行拟静力试验,考虑外挂保温装饰一体化轻型墙板与节点形式对钢框架性能的影响,分析了钢框架的破坏模式、承载力、刚度、延性、耗能能力及全场应变分布,并对钢框架内力进行计算。结果表明:一体化轻型墙板使钢框架的承载力仅提高1.17%,初始刚度提高1.83%,位移延性系数降低0.91%,耗能能力提高26.53%,梁端塑性铰处全场应变呈带状分布;层间位移角为0.02 rad时,钢框架承载力退化系数仍大于0.9,具有较高安全储备;相对于外伸端板连接,L型件连接可使钢框架屈服荷载提高13.62%,峰值荷载提高11.26%,能够将塑性铰外移,扩大塑性铰范围,提升钢框架耗能能力;外挂墙板对钢框架受力性能的贡献较小。 In order to research the seismic performance of full-bolted prefabricated steel frame with exacerbation thermos decorative integrated light wall panel,three one-bay,one-story and 1∶2 scaled steel frames were carried out by performing quasi-static tests.Effects of exacerbation thermos decorative integrated light wall panel and joint form on steel frame performance were considered.The overall failure mode of the steel frame,bearing capacity,stiffness,ductility,energy dissipation and full strain distribution were analyzed.The internal force of the steel frames was also calculated.The results show that the integrated light wall panel increases the carrying capacity by 1.17%,the initial stiffness is increased by 1.83%,and the ductility decreases by 0.91%,the energy dissipation capacity is increased by 26.53%,and the beam end-plastic hinges gradually become a strip-shaped distribution.When the inter-story angle is 0.02 rad,the bearing capacity degradation coefficient of steel frame is still greater than 0.9,indicating that the structure has a higher security reserve.Compared to the outer tandem side,the L-shaped connection joint can increase the structure yield load by 13.62%,and the peak load is increased by 11.26%.The structural plastic hinge is shifted,and the plastic hinge is expanded which enhances the energy consumption capacity of steel frame.The contribution of the outer wall panel to the mechanical properties of the steel frame is relatively small.
