摘要
针对当前应用型本科学生英语基础薄弱,兴趣不高,授课过程“重知识,轻应用”,课堂教学和学生未来职场应用相脱节的现状,拟从学生个性化发展和专业未来需求出发,采取分类分层教学,打破学科壁垒,构建英语融合专业内容的课程体系,从而协同专业和学校共同培养社会所需的应用型、复合型人才,另外通过课赛融合模式,激发学生的英语学习兴趣,从而营造良好的学习氛围,提升大学英语教学效果。
In view of the current situation that students in application-oriented universities have weak English foundation and low learning interest,and"emphasizing knowledge,but neglecting application"during the teaching process,which leads to the disconnection between classroom teaching and students′future career application.The author′s teaching team,considering the personalized development of students and the future needs of their majors,employs classified and stratified teaching mode so as to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional teaching mode and break the disciplinary barriers;Builds a curriculum system that integrates professional content in English,so as to cooperate majors with schools to jointly cultivate application-oriented and interdisciplinary talents needed by society.Through the integration mode of competition,it can stimulate students′interests in English learning,create a good learning atmosphere and improve the effect of college English teaching.
