高校体育专业课程思政师资队伍建设的困境与优化路径

The Dilemma and Optimization Path of the Construction of Ideologicaland Political Teachers in Physical Education Courses in Colleges and Universities

课程思政是新时代高等教育的重大命题,为我国人才铸就指明了方向。高校体育专业课程建设的重点是提升体育专业育人质量与增强育人效应。体育专业教师作为体育专业践行课程思政最核心的要素,肩负着时代育人的重任。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、归纳分析法等方法,结合当前高校体育专业课程思政建设与推行的实际,对高校体育专业课程思政师资队伍建设提质增效的优化路径进行探究。

Curriculum ideology and politics is an important proposition of higher education in the new era,which points out the direction for talent casting in China.The key point of curriculum construction of physical education major in colleges and universities is to improve the quality and effect of education.Physical education teachers,as the core factor for physical education majors to practice curriculum ideology and politics,shoulder the important task of educating people in the times.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview and inductive analysis,combined with the current practice of ideological and political construction and implementation of physical education courses in colleges and universities,this paper discusses the optimal way to improve the quality and efficiency of ideological and political teachers′team construction of physical education courses in colleges and universities.
