智能纯电驱动低温蒸发浓缩技术及装备应用

摘要 为了响应国家的“双碳”目标和计划,针对常规天然产物与中药提取浓缩工艺存在能耗与碳排放双高的难题,进行了常规系统和热能循环系统的能流对比分析,分析了在低温浓缩前提下水蒸气直接压缩存在的本质缺陷,提出基于热能循环利用的纯电驱动低温浓缩技术与系统,构建了纯电驱动低温蒸发浓缩系统的数学物理模型,给出了新系统的评价指标与方法。通过实际工程运行数据的深入分析,给出了智能纯电驱动蒸发浓缩技术与装备的运行特性和技术经济性,结果表明新系统可将物料的蒸发浓缩温度控制在40~45℃,每吨水蒸发量的电耗为65kWh,每吨醇蒸发量的电耗低于50kWh,可实现单位蒸发水量的碳减排能力0.1t(CO_(2))/t(H_(2)O)。本项技术将助力我国工业电气化的早日实现,为天然产物与中药提取液的低温浓缩提供全新的技术路线。 In response to the country′s"dual carbon"goals and plans,aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and carbon emission in the extraction and concentration process of conventional natural products and traditional Chinese medicine,this paper conducted a comparative analysis of energy flow between conventional system and thermal energy circulation system,analyzed the essential defects of direct compression of water vapor under the premise of low temperature concentration,proposed a pure electric driven low temperature concentration technology and system based on thermal energy recycling,built a mathematical and physical model of pure electric driven low temperature evaporation and concentration system,and gave the evaluation indexes and methods of the new system.Through the in-depth analysis of the actual engineering operation data,the operation characteristics and technical economy of the intelligent pure electric drive evaporation and concentration technology and equipment are given.The results show that the new system can control the evaporation and concentration temperature of materials at 40~45℃,the power consumption per ton of water evaporation is 65kWh,the power consumption per ton of alcohol evaporation is less than 50kWh,and the carbon emission reduction capacity per unit of evaporated water is 0.1t(CO_(2))/t(H_(2)O).This technology will help the early realization of China′s industrial electrification and provide a new technical route for the low-temperature concentration of natural products and the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine.
