西花蓟马对12种植物挥发物的选择行为 被引量:5

摘要 为寻找对西花蓟马Frankliniella occidentalis有吸引或者驱避作用的植物挥发物用于其综合防治,使用四臂嗅觉仪测试其对12种植物挥发物(松油醇、芳樟醇、罗勒烯、α-蒎烯和月桂烯5种萜类化合物,1-辛烯-3-醇和叶醇2种醇类化合物,叶醛、壬醛和苯甲醛3种醛类化合物,乙酸叶醇酯和水杨酸甲酯2种酯类化合物)的选择行为。结果表明,对西花蓟马有显著引诱活性的植物挥发物是月桂烯,在10μL/mL和100μL/mL浓度处理下西花蓟马成虫对其的选择率分别为21.67%和26.67%。对西花蓟马有显著驱避作用的植物挥发物有4种,其中100μL/mL叶醛对西花蓟马成虫的驱避率为36.67%;1、10和100μL/mL叶醇对成虫的驱避率分别为48.75%、40.00%和45.00%;100μL/mL 1-辛烯-3-醇对成虫的驱避率为41.33%;1μL/mL和100μL/mL水杨酸甲酯对成虫的驱避率分别为25.00%和31.67%。表明植物挥发物中存在对西花蓟马具有较好引诱或驱避作用的化合物组分,可用于西花蓟马植物源引诱剂或驱避剂的开发。 In order to screen for volatile organic compounds(VOCs)that could attract or repel western flower thrips Frankliniella occidentalis for its integrated management,the selective behavior of F.occi-dentalis to 12 VOCs(five terpenoids:terpineol,linalool,ocimene,α-pinene and myrcene;two alcohols:1-octen-3-ol and leaf alcohol;three aldehydes:leaf aldehyde,nonanal and benzaldehyde,and two esters:cis-3-hexenyl acetate and methyl salicylate)were tested by using the four-arm olfactometer.The results showed that the VOCs with attraction activity on F.occidentalis adults were 10μL/mL and 100μL/mL myrcene,with a selection rate of 21.67%and 26.67%,respectively;while 100μL/mL leaf aldehyde,1,10 and 100μL/mL leaf alcohol,100μL/mL 1-octen-3-ol,1μL/mL and 100μL/mL methyl salicylate had a significant repelling effect on F.occidentalis,with a repellent rate of 36.67%,48.75%,40.00%,45.00%,41.33%,25.00%and 31.67%,respectively.It indicates that these VOCs had a good attracting or repellent effect on the selective behavior of F.occidentalis,which can be used for the development of plant-derived insect attractants and repellents for the integrated pest management in fields.
